Today is a bad day for me. Innocently, I being shoot by TV. Disappointed..heard broken...dun want to stay any longer in NEC!!!SOS!!!!

NECCM received two units of below notebook two days ago, but when checked with dealer support, this is no an escalation case. There is also no indication of RMA#.

Kindly check what is the purpose these two notebooks being sent to NECCM?

Why do you go to the customer first before you ask internally why these units came back?(Hey, already ask!!)
Rokhiah when you received the units back did they go without any explanation to S&S?(Hello, she's not doing her work,ok!!)
A commercial RMA like this should go to refurbishment and there we see if we can get them back to new or if we need to decide to send them back to the ODM.(We know, we know..save your sliver, pls)
If an RMA generated by S&S it will go to S&S this RMA was generated by Logistics due to wet delivery at the customer. (So, ge the hell to ask logistic, why pull S & S down water???huh???)
If anybody is not clear please ask.
(shit, how the hell I know the system belongs to who? You want me to walk around and ask one by one, I will conduct an interview then, then you pay me the interview FEEEEEEESSSS!!!!!!!! )

The story is like this,
Yesterday, I received a call from Man from receiving asking who is the owner for the two units of notebook cause normally S&S will be the one who arrange back all the faulty system back from customer, and the notebook have been sleeping in receiving area for few days. After asking around, we confirmed that non of the staff from S&S did arrange back the system from Excellence Miri. Therefore, out of my good will, I sent an e-mail to Excellence to investigate why they send back the system to us since there is no special indication to whom the system should send to. Since there are so many department in this company, it is hard to find out who is the owner of the system.
I would like to apology if I have done anything wrong.(should have not say this to him, damn stupid..)
extra words: DUN EVEN THINK OF BARK AT ME AGAIN, YOU BASTARD!!!!!
Luckily, today is my frd's Birthday, (cool down hey cool down......)

You know, all the bosses are contigents of N.A.T.O. The all No Action, Talk Only attitude are the caused people going away. Talk is easy if you do not accounted for the reason and purpose of the talk.
Then Action are what we are hired here for! They talk, we work, we do. When we do wrong (we never wrong.. they think we are wrong thus we are wrong) they complaints to dept head and sort.
This is normal work life. either u live with it or Leave it!

Cool down baby....Hai! sien ..working life..too intresting at here liao... i also kena before.. been put on table by someone suddenly...We need to try hard for other job than keep on staying here...
